Why Do I Need Jesus?

The word Gospel means “good news.” In the Bible it refers specifically to the work of Jesus to secure salvation by his death on the cross.

Though we turned our back on God, he offers us reconciliation, renewal, and ultimately resurrection to eternal life–through the death of Christ for our sins.

That’s why we need Jesus.

How Do I Receive It?

If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to be forgiven and welcomed into the family of God, it’s summed up in one word: faith. By placing our faith in Christ we are saying that we know we are sinners in need of a Savior, that we desire to know God and make him our Lord.

It’s as simple as that. You can pray and ask Jesus to save you and be your Lord at any time, in any place.
